Not able to check in without WiFi. Desk refused to give us password. Same at restaurant. We waited 2 hours to find someone outside to share WiFi so we could download instructions for checking in. Had agent sent instructions before we boarded bus in another city it would have been OK. Also there was hair on floor and bath mat and toilet seat not connected. Sink water sprayed all over countertop
