- cleanliness of the room i.e bedsheets, floors, kitchen utensils, bathrooms. - good assistance from security - very spacious carpark upstairs - good to have washing machine in the house. But it would be even better if there is a dryer as well.

- no vacuum. I'm a housewife that love clean environment especially floor. Eventhough there is a broom located at the balcony but I'm not keen to use that broom to sweep the floor inside.
