Room was spacious, facilities were good, basic necesities were provided. Comfortable.

Was not informed about the swimming pool which was under maintenance. Kids were dissapointed. Toilet wasnt clean and was a bit smelly due to poor ventilation.

Clean unit, provided towel & shower soap. Great location.

The check in/check out process. We have to go to other building to collect the key. Need to go to the counter to request extra bed. And the waiting time for the lift. We wait for 1 hour to get in the lift after check out because it is so crowded.
