Old hotel, toilets got mold everywhere and stinky. Very loud sound from the disco downstairs every night. Getting to the hotel lobby with a car is horrible because the traffic there is bad due to customs check. The hotel is haunted as I experienced few things happening in my room in the night.

"Great place to stay and value for money"

Nice place to stay, clean, ample of parking space, safe and value for money. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The units sound proof is somehow very poor. At night, can easily hear when people are talking at corridor or nearby room. Sound of others units flushing the toilet and bathing in shower is also prominent.

"A good stay for family"

Friendly staff, facilities, spacious suite, good location with restaurants and mart nearby. We enjoyed our stay there!

Inaccuracy of details provided. Had to spent close to 45 minutes searching for the place as I couldn't reach out to the PIC. Only manage to find the place while trying luck following address stated on PIC status on WhatsApp.

For the price... I would complain much!!! Value for money. The room is superb. Book here every time I travel to Puteri Harbour!
