A good location for a well designed and restful suite. Responsive staff.

Daily room service neglected coffee pod replenishment. Large bath towels and robes were replaced by small towels

Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Brian (reception) was simply awesome, others were friendly & helpful but under - trained. Spacious & pleasantly furnished suite, cosy & well-equipped for cold weather. Reasonably priced for an expensive city. Overall, a pleasant stay.

No porters & no frills whatsoever - typically European. Not a single bottle of complimentary water - a basic necessity rather than a luxury. Staff are largely invisible or non - existent. Tiny shower. No towel rails in bathroom. Cleaning of rooms only upon request. We had 2 of the more expensive rooms & rookie staff refused to give us a delayed 30min check-out until Brian came to the rescue. Nonetheless, one of the better hotels I've stayed in during my numerous visits to Europe.

Fantastic and spacious room. Good value. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly and professional staff.

The room was on the first floor, overlooking the back yard, just above the garbage and waste of the hotel and the restaurant/bar downstairs. There was noice and smell from the kitchen’s restaurant. Not pleasant at all.
