The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, plentiful and the à la carte items were cooked to perfection. Waiting staff super friendly and helpful. 10/10. Reception staff excellent helping with our enquiries for directions in the City etc. Very handy location for taking the train to and from airport and also to visit other towns.

The bedroom was fine, on the small side but that is fairly normal for city centre hotels. The lighting in the room was very dim so would have appreciated the option of a brighter light. Also no storage apart from one small hanging rail so pretty much had to leave everything in the suitcase on the floor which was a bit of a nuisance in a small room.

The restaurant, the bar, and the floor decor are amazing. Well-designed and adorned with lovely ornaments. The hotel location is within walking distance of most attractions, the main street, and Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can take a train to the airport in only 3 stops and less than 15 minutes.

We were charged £620.32 for 2 nights, including breakfast, for a superior room. For that price, you would expect a comfortable-sized room. However, the room was far too small, and it was hardly possible to move around. The bathroom was just as small — the sink was too tiny to even place a toothbrush on. My husband and I are both quite slim, and I’m not very tall, yet we still found it difficult to move around the room. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be for larger guests. When we asked for an iron, we were given what seemed like the oldest iron in existence, and the ironing board could hardly stay together. It was so unstable that it was actually dangerous

Staff were friendly and helpful, decor was beautiful and location wxcellent

We had a room overlooking the main road, although in the 4th floor it could be a little noisy at times but didn’t stop us getting a good sleep. We were also positioned outside the lift which I wasn’t too keen on

Location to Central station and other parts of the city. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Public areas were decorated well cresting a calm space. Very clean. Comfy bed.

Mainly the size of the bathroom - really small for a superior room. Hardly any space to put toiletries, etc. Room also was quite small for a superior room.

Tesisin konumu, imkanları, temizliği, çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü her şey on numaraydı. Kopenhag’a tekrar gelirsek mutlaka yine burada kalacağız.

Rooftop bar olmasına rağmen erken saatte kapanması sebebiyle kullanamadık. Çalışma saatlerinin genişletilmesini öneriyoruz.
