"Une Déception"

• emplacement : facile à trouver, bien situé, calme. • personnel : sympathique • un riad agréable avec du potentiel. • fenêtre de chambre qui donne sur la cour ouverte au ciel.

• très déçu par notre chambre. • Rien à voir avec la photo. • la chambre qu'on nous a attribuée ne correspond pas à celle réservée. ( voir les photos) • il y avait de la moisissure développée sur les murs, des tâches noires et vertes. • l'odeur du moisi dans toute la chambre. • ça a provoqué une allergie ( dermatite) chez moi. • les lits sales tachetés, et les draps troués. • pour les responsables du riad : merci de régler le problème, c'est dangereux, car une fois inhalées, les spores peuvent provoquer des problèmes respiratoires, des toux, des infections, et des réactions allergiques. • j'avais choisi ce riad car j'ai fait confiance au commentaire sur booking.

fijne communicatie, goed verzorgd ontbijt, heerlijke warme douche Deluxe kamer was prima de andere op de verdieping erg warm.

douchekop kon niet hangen. Kamer werd niet netjes gemaakt voor volgende nacht.
