Merzouga Lodge

We booked 2 rooms at Merzouga Lodge for our stay in Merzouga, Morocco, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The lodge is ideally located in the village center, just a 5-minute walk from the stunning sand dunes, making it easy to explore the desert and enjoy activities like camel rides and excursions, which the staff kindly arranged for us. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and reliable hot water — perfect after a day in the desert. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and plentiful, giving us a great start to each day. A special mention goes to Ibrahim and the entire team, who were extremely friendly, welcoming, and responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt at home throughout our stay. The lodge has a peaceful, authentic atmosphere and is a great choice for families, couples, or friends looking for a comfortable and memorable desert experience. ✅ Tip: Ask the staff about arranging camel treks or desert tours — they make the experience seamless and unforgettable. Overall, Merzouga Lodge combines convenience, genuine hospitality, and great comfort. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Merzouga desert.

Amazing experience! The location was perfect, just steps away from the stunning dunes. Ibrahim organized an incredible one-night stay in the desert camp, which was the highlight of our trip. The camp was comfortable, clean, and beautifully set up under the stars. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the entire experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for an authentic desert adventure!"

Well located hotel, not far from the center of Merzouga and very closeto the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Very clean. Very professional staff. Ibrahim have suggested some activities like ATV quad, spending the night in the middle of the Sahara desert, glad we meet Ibrahim and follow all of his advices. We end up by riding the camels in well equipped desert camp. Unforgettable experience, thank you Ibrahim again

Very nice stay! Unobtrusive service. Delicious and large breakfast. AC and clean. 15 minutes to the dunes and 5 minutes to the center. They took me by car to the bus station for free!
