Location

My stay was disappointing due to poor service and uncomfortable facilities. The airport pickup was delayed despite full charge, the bathroom design was impractical and unsanitary, and the room was extremely small with unpleasant odors. Additionally, staff provided minimal explanations and even gave incorrect information about food without apologizing, which raised serious concerns.

The food was excellent

The bed was a little too firm for me.

Magnifique riad propre literie confortable , super petit déjeuner accueil agréable et personnel également, situé à 2 min de la place des ferblantiers et 12mn de jemaa el fna. Super sejour.

Es un riad muy bonito, el personal fue muy amable con nosotros nos recibieron y despidieron con té, nos guardaron las maletas, el desayuno nos encantó, fue una pena que no había más días continuos para reservar nos hubiéramos quedado más.

Nos gustó todo.

It's beautiful to behold and has a 'wow' factor when you enter. The rooms and courtyard are clean, and the staff was lovely. Breakfast was excellent, the standard Moroccan / Riad style.

This was the more touristy end of the medina than where we stayed for the majority (Riad Lyla) and I prefer the Lyla location. Our family had to split into two rooms: the second floor room was atop the exterior entry and was fresh and didn't smell slightly dank as did the main floor room adjacent the pool. There were no exterior windows in that room, and it felt claustrophobic. As I understand the definition "Riad" is a misnomer for Touhfa as its courtyard holds a pool but isn't open to the outside, it has a roof but no courtyard garden. It's a bit dark and enclosed, I would choose a different style for my preferences if I were to return to Marrakech.
