Stayhere Casablanca - Gauthier 3 - Urban Residence

I have stayed in Stay Here Gauthier 2 (another of their locations in the next block) before and have previously found this outfit to be professional and helpful and functional. While this time, the room itself was clean and comfortable, the stay was marred by two things and I cannot give a 10 rating this time. See comment below.

First: I arrived minutes before the reception at the G3 building was to close at midnight having informed them by telephone earlier in the evening I would be coming in late. No one was there. Thanks to the helpful guardian of the G2 building in the next block whom someone in the street who saw me standing there trying to phone and only getting an answering machine, called, I was able to go to the reception in G2 and check in. The person in the reception room in G2 was not particularly pleasant, suggesting I was too late, but ultimately took my money and gave me the code and said the guardian would go back to the other building with me and show me in and to the parking garage (which it turned out my VW was TOO BIG for). Half an hour later I was in room Room 101. Second: The StayHere WIFI portal was not functioning this time, and would not get me to the sign in page. So I had no wifi connection at all after my phone ran out of battery overnight (as it searched in vain for a signal in the interior bedroom) and no way to communicate with management. It made arranging my next day meeting and even checking on the time of check out difficult. Fortunately, I had a charger cable in my car. Request to management: please check and reset your home page and internet portal.
