Toujours un plaisir de visiter cette établissement : - personnel accueillant et très professionnel et serviable - propreté 10/10 - studio et appart avec toutes les comodités nécesssaire c'est mon coup de coeur depuis mon premier sejour chez cette établissement je suis toujours satisfait. The room is as pictured and I did like it - it is a bit more rundown than it appears in the pictures like Sofa is worn and a bit dirty but everything else was ok.

The staff is truly unreliable. I was supposed to go to the train station and prearranged everything and then the staff never followed through - no taxi came nor did they answer any of my messages or calls. I had to take my baggage into the street alone and find a taxi. I also made one request A MONTH in advance to which they made a huge deal and said that’s not their job even though I said if they couldn’t please let me know and I’d stay somewhere else. They didn’t follow through. She set it up but never checked the video bc it was all subpar and the TV remote sticks so difficult to use. All around an unpleasant and frustrating experience, and they cancel the booking and then make you pay there. All just dodgy and unpleasant and staff is rude and unaccommodating. Much better value to stay elsewhere.
