Apart Hotel Larbi

I have been here for 2 nights now and I have never in my life been treated with such respect and kindness in my life , Staff here are absolutely beautiful people , so helpful polite and involving infant my first night I sat with the family who run and own this hotel they taught me Arabic , laughed , treated me like family , I think other reviews by people are wrong this place and the people are amazing ..The problem some English have is a language barrier , yet I had no problem this place and the people are some of the best Hosts I've met in 26years of travelling the globe , You MUST VISIT HERE , I've never been at peace in place like Ifounf here at Apart Hotel Labri , I had 2 issues on this holiday and they were both the Holiday company I booked with responsibility, its not where you go but How open your heart is to other cultures , 10 stars customer service

I was there with a booking with Agoda and when I arrived the manager told me the Appart Hotel Larbi didn’t exist I should contact Agoda. After contacting Agoda they told me they contacted the property and they confirmed my booking and they were waiting for me. Some days later, still inside my booking period I was there again and they acknowledged they were Appart Hotel Larbi. I even reported them to the police! The police was there with me and they told them there was a mismatch with the name and the listing in Agoda was fake. If I wanted to stay there I would need to pay. I have contacted Agoda many times and they refused to believe me. They said the hotel confirmed them by phone they were waiting for me and the booking was confirmed. It has been a nightmare and Agoda customer support is useless, they didn’t believe me or gave me any support. If I depended on them I would have slept in the streets.

The hotel was nothing like it had described online or shown in the pictures, the hotel isnt even worth 1 star let alone 3, i paid for a private room and got it but it was in a shared apartment with a shared bathroom and shower facility, the cleanliness of the hotel was appauling, the bedside table was covered in dust and filth, dust covered the tops of the wardrobe doors which would not close properly, there is black mold in the shower, the sink would leak if you ran the water for too long, loads of exposed pipe work, the mattress had what seems to be a blood stain on it, the bedding was not changed the entire time i was there, there are holes in the walls and ceiling along with exposed wires from a broken light fitting, the main fuse box for the room was accessible to anyone as the door was on the floor and would not stay on the front and would not lock, the balcony door for the apartment would not lock at all, you could not get more than 4 hours sleep due to all the noise from the surrounding restaurants playing loud music all night until 4am that you could still hear with the door closed and stood on the opposite side of the room, the pool didnt even have any water in it so i was unable to use the pool at any point during my stay, and the hotel website states it has dining facilities, it didnt even have anywhere to have your breakfast from the looks of it and the main back ground picture on their website wasnt even the hotel you was staying at it was the one facing it, this hotel is a complete scam and they do not care about their guests only the money they bring in

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but with a fantastic customer service (very contradictory). On our arrival we were welcomed by giant African cockroaches even before we saw the staff. The cleaners lack cleaning skills. We stayed a whole week and not once did we have our sheets or towels changed. The sheets and pillows were worn out. The fridge/freezer was filthy with rust and mould. No accessibility for wheelchair users. The only positive was the staff - Amin, Hine and Yassir, they were very helpful and accommodating. Oh and the WIFI was relatively good.

Very horrible experience, words can't describe. False advertisement on the hotel and the room itself. When we got there the man said we have standard breakfast which was bread and jam which could not fill up a child. Then when it came to the room we had to share a bathroom and toilet with 2 other rooms which was next to us. Even though we booked a room for ourselves. Dirty towels and bedsheets and the worst thing was the room had an a/c unit but we could not use because the remote was missing. I informed the management and they said your room is standard room and does not cone with a/c. It was obvious they wanted more money from us. The management was very rude and kept insisting the problem was with our booking and refused to help. Try to avoid coming here as they will rob you in broad daylight. Completely unacceptable

It was all lovely unti I put my foot in this sh……. Whole hotel.I booked standard room with my wife through trip.com when I show reception my booking he told me our standard room is sharing bathroom and toilet with others I went very upset and I didn’t take it but he make pay extra to get room with bathroom and toilet.when I get inside room nothing work no shower ……dirty wifi not working is there but not working. Just keep the f…….away from this hotel please.

Hotel wasn't as the pictures the showers didn't have a shower head, no towels, no doors to our room, no wardrobes. Also on the first day they said LoveHoldays is a scam and you have to pay us money. I am not happy with the way they treated us The breakfast was just a coffee machine so we just ate outside

I’m very dissapointed in this hotel, a very dated building and room, dirty floor with no carpets as showing on the pictures, and even had dirty sheets for the bed, it had traces of dirt from the dust and even body hair from another person who probably did stay in the room earlier. Either way, it was not clean. The AC in the room was not that strong so i was freazing most of the night, another one did also stop working in one of the other rooms during the night. I did complain to the staff and at least they were nice towards us, they did what they could to bring us clean towels and sheets, too bad some of those towels had traces on them…

Wanted a budget stay. Hotel is centrally located in Gueliz, minutes from main roads and all facilities. Abundant choices of eating places and lovely cafes nearby. Staff professional and helpful at all times. Very welcoming.

It is very accommodating. The staff were cet friendly and help me a lot. I wish i can give it a higher score. I was a bit sceptical at first but they exceeded my expectations.
