Le personnel, très sympa et gentil, la propreté, la tranquillité, tout était formidable.

Ordentlich, sauberes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Schöne Dachterrasse zum Entspannen. Das Frühstück war gut, man wurde bei der Ankunft freundlich mit Tee und Gebäck begrüßt

Nachts ist es teilweise sehr laut, speziell zu Zeiten des ersten Gebets (1h lang um 4 Uhr). Der Host will einem von Beginn an Touren andrehen. Manchmal kommt er etwas überheblich rüber. Wenn man etwas früher los muss kam er mit den Frühstückszeiten (8 statt 8:30) nicht entgegen. "Esst einfach etwas schneller"

The rooftop terrace is stunning and could be the sole reason to book this, but the staff are also excellent and very happy to help in any way they can. The bedrooms are very clean and decorated nicely: breakfast is good and they tried to accommodate any allergies.

The rooms are a little bit small, but are just fine really

The rooms were huge and beautifully appointed and decorated. A lot of care has gone into the aesthetics of the Riad and the rooms. There are only five rooms (all quads) in the Riad, and each guest is treated as a dear friend. The two young men (early 20s) who run the Riad, Oussama and Younis (I probably spelled their names wrong) are incredibly generous, friendly, curious, and engaging - they have a very bright future ahead of them in hospitality if they choose to continue. They seemed to really enjoy their job and they went above and beyond in getting us whatever we needed. One morning we were leaving early to rent a car and go out into the Atlas Mountains, so we told them not to worry about breakfast for us that day, and in the morning they surprised us with a packed picnic breakfast each to take on the road. That is just one example of the lengths to which they went for us as guests.

The listing says there is a washing machine in the room - but there isn't actually one available in the Riad for guests to use. They will do laundry for a fee, which is great but not exactly what is listed.

Le rooftop est vraiment un avantage, la vue est sublime. Tout est propre et bon. Quant au personnel, il est fantastique : drôle, très serviable, à l’écoute de nos besoins. On m’a fait découvrir la musique marocaine et des mots arabes. Le rapport qualité -prix est vraiment excellent. Je peux d’autant plus en témoigner que ma sœur séjourne dans un autre Riad tout près d’ici, deux fois plus cher et pas mieux, voire moins bien (pas de rooftop, un petit-déjeuner moins copieux, une odeur bizarre dans sa chambre). Je voyage énormément, faites-moi confiance, vous ne trouverez pas un meilleur rapport qualité -prix dans la Médina. Si je dois revenir à Fès, c’est ici que je séjournerai ! PS : réservez tôt, ma sœur n’a pas eu de place !!!

The staff were amazing and so welcoming and friendly.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Medina. Vorab hatten wir Koordinaten vom Parkplatz (40 MAD / Tag) bekommen und dort abgeholt. Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick, sehr gutes Frühstück. Sauberes Zimmer zum Innenhof.

Tee zur Begrüßung wäre nett gewesen --- haben wir sonst immer bekommen.

Alles war sehr sauber, das Frühstück hervorragend und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Sollte es uns nochmals nach Fes verschlagen, werden wir gerne wieder hier Station machen. Danke für alles. Ihr wart super 😃
