The apartment itself is clean well maintained

After arriving after exhausting trip to get here, we go up to our room and instead of the queen size bed as advertised that we paid for it was a double. The receptionist says all they’re all that way and I asked why do you advertise it and why they paid for a queen size bed he didn’t have an answer. He caused the manager because it was unacceptable for us and they gave us a room with two single beds, obviously not as comfortable as a queen we are very disappointed, and it took an hour after our rival to straighten it all out other minor things like noisy till two in the morning motorcycles people are arguing outside requested a quiet room we got the opposite
