We were encouraged to book both a street tour and Hammam through the Riad but not impressed at all as it appeared to just be a way for the Riad to make money out of us. The Hammam we wanted was cancelled and a new one booked but ince we got there the price had dramatically increased - not happy at all. Likewise the walking tour suddenly didn’t go where we wanted but took us to places to buy stuff that we weren’t interested in. Stick to Getmyguide who won’t try to rip you off. It’s such a shame because we loved our stay other than this.

The staff and the size of the place.

Some of our cash went missing so be careful for when you first get there, wait until every previous guest leaves to un pack.

Lots of character, excellent location, private and ideal for families

Some minor repairs required, a couple of light switches etc We were told by the Manager that we would need printed copies of our boarding pass, and he kindly offered to print them and bring over during check out. Whilst our experience of Moroccan people was fantastic overall, unfortunately our trip ended on a sour note as the Manager simply didn’t show up. He also hung up on me once. We had to ask the pickup driver arranged by the Riad (who was late) to stop at an internet cafe so we could print. All this meant we just about managed to make it to our flight.

It is very unsafe. Pool is dangerous. My son cut his leg and required stitches in hospital. Throughout the entire trip one room was not usable as ac was not working. I paid £1500 for me and my son to sleep on a sofa in the living room. This place needs urgent investigation. I have pictures to prove how dangerous this place is. It is not suitable for families. I spent entire trip holding onto my children as stairways have no railings and you can fall right from the third floor causing death. The housekeeper was amazing at cleaning and making breakfast and very friendly. However the host came across very friendly but took him one split second to flip, shout and scream at me on the phone and hung up on me when I was just asking when the ac will be repaired. He apologised the following morning for his attitude. I accepted his apology out of fear and I just wanted our vacation to come to an end. I am extremely disappointed that these properties have not been thoroughly reviewed by a member of booking.com before advertising into the public. Place actually looks nice and perhaps suitable for a group of adults but they should make it clear it is not suitable for children at all

The Riad was a good 10+ min walk from the taxi drop off area near Jama al fina, and through the busy market, but Amine arranged for our luggage so that was great. Amine was so helpful, answered any time i called. This riad is a little different in that you get the whole establishment to yourself. Amine checks you in and out, and thats it, but totally available for anything in between. There is a daily continental breakfast prepared by Ghizlan, who is the most wonderful person, so pleasant, kind and a great cook. She had baked a chocolate cake for our children bc we were celebrating their recent graduations. We did have a small issue with the ac and strange bathroom odor in 1 room, but there was an entire enclosed sitting area with ac and a bed-like sofa that was available instead. Very clean including the pool. The rooftop was lovely as well.

Communication IMPOSSIBLE avant le séjour !!! Aucune réponse téléphone et messages , Très stressant ,en plus mauvaise adresse fournie . Plus d une heure pour trouver l endroit qui n était pas indiqué lit cassé , 2 climatisations sur 3 cassés . Le gérant qui retrouve dans la platement en journée sans autorisation , bien trop cher pour l’état des lieux

Location was perfect in the middle of medina. Big place perfect for small group of friends or family. Lovely outside area. Staff was so friendly, kind and helpful.
