Great breakfast, very accommodating staff

La struttura è bella. La colazione è eccellente come la cena. Il proprietario è molto accogliente e pronto ad aiutarti per organizzare al meglio il soggiorno.

Rihad tradizionale molto bello e pulito. Il gestore Moufid è gentilissimo, super disponibile ed ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Ci ha organizzato il nostro transfer, la cena all’interno del Rihad ed un tour della città di Fes con una guida molto brava (Aribi). La posizione del Rihad è perfetta per visitare la città ma rimane molto tranquilla. La colazione è abbondante e varia.

La disponibilité de Moufid, notre hôte, qui a répondu à l'ensemble de nos demandes. Il nous a aidé à organiser notre séjour, nos transferts, nos repas ... Merci pour ses conseils avisés et sa réactivité. Très bon petit déjeuner, qui change chaque jour.

Très bel établissement, et super emplacement dans la Medina

Il manquait simplement une armoire ou un petit meuble pour ranger les vêtements dans la chambre, sinon c’était très bien

Emplacement parfait. Riad très beau. Très bonne cuisine et copieuse. Très calme. Moufid est un hôte disponible, souriant et de bon conseil. Chambre très spacieuse.

The Riad is inside of the old Medina but close enough to a street so that drop-off with a taxi is easy and suitcases do not have to be transported very far by foot. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. There was a rooftop withe lounge chairs and a nice view. However, the most special feature of the Riad was the host Moufid. He was going out of his way to make our stay as pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable as possible. He recommended a very knowledgable tour guide and excellent restaurants and was always reachable by text with any questions. But most of all he shared a lot of tips for how to have the best experience. It pays off to follow his advice! We would go back anytime and highly recommend it.

Creo que Booking comete un error al clasificar este hotel como hotel y de 5 estrellas. La descripción tampoco ayuda. Es un Riad que es una casa tipica antigua, en el centro de la Medina (ciudad antigua) , muy pintoresca, propia de la cultura Marroquí, bien conservada en su interior pero NO es 5 estrellas. Insisto que la responsabilidad para mi es de booking no del hotel. LLegar a dar con la dirección es muy dificil y para alguien que no conoce el lugar y la cultura llega a ser intimidante.
