The stuff is so friendly and helpful, it's near the main square and shops only 1 min walk, it's good value for money, breakfast was really nice

The location is in the heart of the old Medina in Marrakech. The Riad is special and different to hotels, I totally recommend it for the experience. They serve freshly baked goods for breakfast besides fruits everyday which was delicious. Staff were so friendly and offered us a bigger room upon availability for 3 out of 4 nights at no extra cost. They always offered tips and help and were so friendly to us. The riad was always clean and the interior is so beautiful. There was an AC with working heating and hot water. The location is perfect as cars can't go into the old Medina, so you need to get dropped off on the closest street and walk with your bags and it was a 2 min walk to the main street. Also, the staff gave us tips on how much things cost around us which is very helpful in such a touristy area.

The room we first stayed for one night in had no windows and was too small. Rooms aren't spacious which is the case for most Riads, also there were no toiletries.
