Het receptiepersoneel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en respectvol. De dames aan de receptie stonden altijd klaar om te helpen en zorgden ervoor dat ik me welkom voelde. Ze hebben zelfs geholpen met het regelen van een taxi en bleven bij mij totdat deze arriveerde. Hun vriendelijkheid en professionele houding maakten mijn verblijf extra aangenaam.
