Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido sencillamente maravillosa. Las instalaciones son increíbles, cuidadas al detalle y pensadas para ofrecer el máximo confort y bienestar. Desde el primer momento, el trato de todo el personal fue excepcional, siempre atentos, cercanos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Queremos destacar especialmente a Mustafá, cuya amabilidad y dedicación marcaron la diferencia en nuestra experiencia. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, ayudándonos en todo lo que podía y haciéndonos sentir realmente bien atendidos. El hotel es, sin duda, un auténtico remanso de tranquilidad en medio del bullicio de la ciudad de Marrakech, un lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar. Sin ninguna duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí si regresamos al país.

El hotel está apartado, lo que por una parte es bueno por la tranquilidad, pero para volver a él a partir de las 22 ya no hay autobús y tiene que ser en taxi.

Samir est un hôte exceptionnel, à la fois délicat, attentionné et très professionnel. À mon arrivée, j’avais un peu d’avance et ils se sont quand même occupés de moi en m’installant à la piscine et en m’offrant le thé. Bravo. La chambre est magnifique, très propre, avec une belle authenticité marocaine. La piscine est agréable, la cuisine excellente, j’ai notamment savouré un tanjia délicieux. Le petit plus qui fait la différence : une place de parking sécurisée pour laisser sa voiture de location l’esprit tranquille. Endroit calme, je recommande sans hésiter.
