Following our complaint regarding the loud music on the terrace after the agreed quiet hours, Mehdi responded very quickly and handled the situation professionally. He took our concerns seriously and promptly resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We greatly appreciated his responsiveness and commitment to ensuring our comfort.

Almost one hour before the official closing time of the swimming pool, a member of the staff refused to allow my child to swim. The only reason given was that everything had already been put away and that the staff were preparing for the evening service at the restaurant and terrace. I found this disappointing, as the pool was still officially open and guests should have been able to use the facilities until the stated closing time. It is frustrating to be denied access to a service that was still available according to the published schedule.
