Amazing staff and so quiet. A free ride every day at multiple times a day. Will come back for sure.

The staff and service were kind, helpful, and overall wonderful. I would stay here again just because of the staff. However, the area isn't very convenient as it is not very near any of the beaches, and the hotel transportation is not very comfortable. Breakfast options are limited, but they provide plenty of food in the three options we each had every day. The size of the suite for the price is excellent, and was perfect for our family of four. The master bathroom shower head was too low and at an awkward angle. The couch in the living room seemed a bit old. Aside from those few complaints we really like staying here.

One of the best stays I have ever had. Extremely beautiful setting overlooking private ocean bay and views of the mainland. Well maintained and really gorgeous resort setting, very comfortable rooms. Above all, can't say enough positive tunings about the staff. So friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were ready to assist with envy request and need we communicated. Ulysses and Andrea are a pleasure to talk to and helped us with all travel needs returning to the airport after our stay. You should definitely stay here when visiting Boracay, you will not be disappointed.

A very quiet place to stay. Just what we wanted! The Hawaiian pizza was simply AMAZING!!!! We will definitely book again. The staff are wonderful! 😊👍👋👋👋

Unbelievable customer service. Best staff I have ever experienced. Wonderful resort off the main strip that provided a great getaway from the crowded area of White Beach. Food and beverage were great as well. Outstanding airport to hotel transportation was well worth the cost. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful property with excellent staff. Great shuttle service to D Mall. Our only issue was the beds are way too hard. Great resort for a romantic getaway.

Booked the Monaco Suites after our original hotel was not ready for occupation. So glad as the hotel complex was superb and the staff were so friendly and always very attentative. If you want an hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the centre then this is the place to be. Suite was lovely and a large balcony with sea views. When I get to Boracay again I will definitely book again.

Had a lovely stay at monaco... excellent rooms with view and amazing staff! Lookout for this guy named Redeem who is such a lovely host.. Just a caution .. if you are two couples booking a presidential suite that is advertised as with two bedrooms .. only one bedroom has an attached bathroom !

The hotel was very nice. Not that far from the pier. The shuttle service to D-mall is very convenient. Love the bed and the air condition. The balcony is huge and the view is great. The swimming pool is a salt water swimming pool, so we don't feel the need to swim in the ocean. The only thing need to improve is the breakfast. Omelette is the best, but rest of the food was so so. First day they have pig liver in the pizza, we didn't like that. I guess lots of people in the Philippines like pig liver, so can't really complain about local food. Overall we really like the hotel. we will come and stay again next time.

Loved this hotel and the ocean view! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Their customer service is great!! The free hotel shuttle that takes you to D’Mall and White beach is always on time. Loved the remote location away from the noise and crowds. Loved this hotel and highly recommend it!!!
