From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. There was mouse inside the toilet and poop was all over whenever we go out and come back to the room. There was also a cockroach in the buffet hall

I would recommend this hotel it's super clean and the staff was very friendly, service was very fast, the location of this hotel is also near to pantai cenang.

The air conditioning need to be service because water was dripping from the air conditioning, and the room has no fan.

The swimming pool is really great in size. My kids enjoy it. The room is spacious and clean. The ambiance in the main lobby is superb

The carpet in the room can be remove. My husband quite allergic to it. The rest ok.

I love the swimming pool, the room is spacious, all the staffs are very lovely and nice. Love the pool bar.I love the mini fridge and special thanks to the welcome drink. Its very nice for this hot weather..they provide various of welcome drink everyday and kesp stock up. I really appreciate the hotel staff doing their job great.

The room I booked was twin queen bed. However, the staff are really nice they change it to deluxe queen room. The room is very spacious. But, the aircond is not sufficient to provide the cooling state to all over the room. At this hot weather, we feel uncomfortable as the room not enough chill. There is water stagging at the shower area and sink (after used). There are variety of breakfast serve, However the food not nice at all. I love the nasi lemak wirh sambal kerang, but the dessert, such as cake, pan cake, waffle, muffin too dry n not nice to eat. Frst day of my stay,there is no chicken served in breakfast. The second day they got serve ayam rendang with Nasi Lemak. It is not taste like ayam rendang at all..just some ayam with some weird paste..pls dont call it as rendang. Indian foods in breakfast just taste. The breakfast and the bathroom area no uo to four star level in my opinion.
