Everything were safe and satisfied. From the reception counter to housekeeping all staffs were best and good service. Good and peaceful location.

The parking route starting point of the building a little narrow. If I’m using Alphard, I have to see each and every move very very closely until I go up. It’s just on starting way only. Once entered up, it’s little spacious and can park well. If u using myvi size of car, its wouldn’t be a problem. One more matter is there is no smart tv here. Also I cannot sit peacefully on my bed while my baby playing in bathtub as there is no glass wall between the bathroom and bed like how the new hotels maintaining now but it’s suitable for those who expecting privacy.

Hotel was extremely new so it was clean and comfortable. AC was fantastic which gave us good rest. Staff were friendly and professional and really exemplary. Location was close to the tourists parts of town. A short grab or drive away from the tourist spots, but far enough away to get away from the noise as well.

The hotel had an electricity maintenance period on our only full day at the hotel. The electricity including AC was cut off for a solid 6.5 hours. We travelled with two young children that still require a nap during the day. This inconvenienced us tremendously because then it meant our kids had to nap in our car and not the 5 star hotel that we paid for. Aside from that, the hotel was really good. So was it worth the stay if we didn't get the use the room for half of the only full day we had there? Finding it hard to answer that question.

Very noisy in the night. The people in the corridor were loud and also the neighbor was talking loudly at phone in the night. I couldn’t properly rest and sleep.

The Courtyard by Marriott Melaka is a new modern hotel with great helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Staff are really outstanding. When there was an issue in my room, Khairul at reception was quick to organise another room. The Courtyard Cafe has comfortable and spacious seating with a great selection of local delights. Hafiz, Asyraaf, Ain, Emmanuel and others always ready with a smile and super helpful. The fruit punch was light refreshing and colourful! Free parking is very handy for touring. I had an excellent stay and would be happy to stay again.
