The hotel is very well located in the city centre. The customer service is excellent: the reception is open 24 hours a day, and the staff are very helpful. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Be aware that you need to bring 200 MYR in cash for the room deposit, which was a bit of a surprise for us. Our room faced the hotel’s spotlight, and despite the curtains, it stayed very bright all night. The street was also quite noisy. Luckily, we had sleep masks and earplugs. Overall, a good hotel with great service and a convenient location, but light sleepers should request a room away from the street and the lights.
