All the rooms are fine even though location has very limited parking and quite difficult to park

The staff extremely rude. I can tolerate the difficult parking situation and noise but because of rude staff I can only give just 1 star rating

Property rent is good but taxes are too much. I request for next time less taxes should be imposed on rental.

Great little hotel in Georgetown. Has everything you need - clean room and bed. There's a water dispenser in the hall, and a rooftop area if you want to relax during the day or evening. Location is great as it's near all amenities - minimarts a few shops up, a large shopping mall across the road, and a foodcourt around the corner. Not exactly in the heart of historical Georgetown, but that is a short walk and you can go south for some other lesser known food streets that are amazing. Staff are great. Very professional and helpful with all enquiries, and we were cutting it fine with a late check-in but they stayed in communication with us to make sure we were looked after.

We had the loft room and didn't mind it, but yes, the stairs are a little narrow and tight, so some might find it challenging. Additionally, not heaps of room in the room itself, but ample as long as you don't have to unpack all your stuff. You can hear other rooms, but we were there for a few nights, not a weekend, but didn't hear any outside noise and what little of the neighbours was just regular noise of people moving about. Light sleepers might struggle but it wasn't anything to keep us up.

Well located, close to bus station. Plenty of food options locally and 15 min walk to historic centre or jettys, with loads of food and bar options.

Right on a busy main road. No real window in room, just an internal shaft. A/C temperamental.
