The staff was very friendly and helpful during the check in process. The flat is nice and clean, with good WiFi that allows working and videocalls with no issues. There is buffet breakfast in the hotel next door (not included but cheap).

Not a whole heap

From the start it was difficult, our bus got in at 12pm but standard check in was at 3pm (to clean after a prior guest). They let us know that there was no luggage storage and gave the suggestion to store it at the bus station (which was well out of town). We finally got into our room and it wasn’t even properly cleaned. The WiFi was unusable and there was a black spot for phone data. As guests working online this was extremely difficult. They supplied us with 1 pillow each which looked about 100 years old and had lost any support. We had to buy our own pillows at the mall (we left them at the hotel so you are welcome). They also provided us with 1 roll of toilet paper to last a 5 day stay. No cleaning or fresh towels provided throughout the stay either. The lifts are a joke. Being on a high floor, this was extremely inconvenient sometimes waiting up to 10 minutes to use a lift. All in all, it was an affordable stay, however there are lots of other apartments in the area at a similar price point so I wouldn’t bother with this one.
