Super staff, clean and convenient for our purpose, university admission/ visit

No cupboard space at all, not central if you are a tourist, very few eating places around

The room is clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. The food served is delicious The water dispenser at the corridor and a big glass bottle provided in the room is a bonus to me.

Room 613 when takes shower water came out from the door making the floor wet. Toilet flush not powerful enough to flush the toilet paper away

Reasonably priced

My room’s door was not closed after I got back. I had talked to the counter staff but just been told was because of carelessness from the cleaners. Imagine if I left valuable items in the room , that was really unacceptable kind of safety standard for a hotel. I even told the staff to check on the cctv to verify if anyone got into my room but I yet to receive their reply. What a big disappointment!
