MY环境优美适合亲子游
隔音差了点，隔壁房间住了印度人，三更半夜聊天严重影响睡眠，虽然说有游泳池但是水池不干净，肮脏，房间既然有蟑螂，而且床，睡两晚身体痒红肿两晚，不晓得是整理不干净还是床单直接就这样铺回去🤣，卫生真的需要改进，还有就是room cleaner,check out时间是12点但是11.15分就来敲门说要收拾房间了，🤔🤔

If there's any better option please don't consider this during peak season, we check in on 1st June during public holiday and school holiday at the same time, there's only one lift to access to and from cark park which is from the grand ion delemen hotel located at another building. During our check out at around 10am, all of us waited for more than 30 mins to get into the lift from 7th floor to our designated car park level, some group of people end up give up and decided to take staircase from 7th floor to Ground floor and walk further to reach the car park, needless to say that the car park was very limited because it's shared among hotel and the other 2 towers. Some even has parked at non-designated car park which makes other car difficult to turn (saw scratches on those illegally parked car as well). Cleanliness wise, just ok and nothing great to talk about the room. Swimming pool is full of people that one can barely swim, we gave up the plan to swim that even though it's heated swimming pool which is very much appreciated at highland.
MYThe room space
The mattress should change very long already not comfortable. You can feel the mattress no springs. During my check in the room was not clean and I did ask for cleaning but the water they use to mop the floor got smell and cause the room got bad smell
