Pas de fenêtre… mais cela explique le prix… J’ai attendu longtemps à la réception en essayant d’appeler mais personne ne venait. Pour un service 24/24… c’est moyen… surtout qu’ils m’ont mis des draps tachés de sang… Le personnel était dehors … il fallait le savoir… pas évident quand il y a un changement de personnel…. Et s qu’ils ne portent pas de costumes pour les identifier. Le personnel s’amusait dehors sur leur téléphone au lieu d’être à la réception. Il était tard (23h), j’étais fatiguée… c’était vraiment pas cool. Et quand ils ont su pourquoi je les cherchais, ils ont rigolé… ce n’est vraiment pas respectueux

Posizione centrale, comoda a tutto. Camera pulita, staff gentile, mi hanno tenuto le valige fino alla mia partenza

The bed was clean. The floor need a bit more to be mopped with floor cleaner.

The cup/mug and jar is very dirty and not well cleaned. I was about to vomit after looking at the mug. Luckily i check the inside before pouring water into it. Remote (tv & aircond) must be obtained from the receptionist.

Normal. The location of hotel is closer to tourist spots - good.

Fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants. Room was a good size for the area and clean when we arrived, but didn't have any change of towels or cleaning in the 7 nights we stayed.
