Groot Netjes Fijne bedden Goede plek ten opzichte van activiteiten

De badkamer stonk erg, daardoor ook de slaapkamer. Er is iemand komen kijken de 2e dag maar er veranderde niets. Omdat het zo stonk en het slapen daarom niet fijn was zijn we twee nachten eerder vertrokken. Ze wilden geen geld teruggeven voor deze twee nachten en dat vinden wij zeer negatief.

The room itself was nice and clean. Shower foam and towels provided and the bed and pillows were great. However, securing the space and getting to the correct building and finding the keys were a total nightmare. Must emphasise that you need Malaysian bank account to pay and receive back the deposit. You can't pay it through the app. The signage in the buildings is next to zero, we walked around for 30 minutes trying to find the right building and then another 30 minutes trying to find the mailbox to get the keys. The video that the customer service sent was not helpful because they assumed we were coming by car and we were not. Will not book again

This people are scammers, we were there at the place booking address states they make us go to other place apart where the Rooms were to pick up the keys and instructions on to get to the to the apartment or room better said for that they ask me in cash 100 dlls besides of what we paid through booking to get the keys is a group of youngsters they are trying to make extra money for them then I took us more than an hour to find the place

The surroundings we're good. The unit was fully furnished with cooking utensils and cutleries. We had a pieceful sleep

The collecting of the unit key was a bit hassle.
