The bed is too soft for us

The place was incredibly clean from top to bottom. Every single thing in the unit, from toiletries to plates, cups, cutleries, and everything else, were all in perfect condition. It honestly felt like everything was brand new and freshly unboxed on the day we arrived. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room nice and cool the whole time. The TV also came with a Netflix account provided by the host, which was a really lovely touch. The place was super quiet at night, which is honestly rare for a city center. I've stayed at so many places where motorcycles, loud exhausts, or dogs barking late at night made it hard to sleep. This place was the complete opposite. The window soundproofing did a decent job keeping all of that out too. The location was just amazing. For the first time ever, I didn't need to drive out for food at all, which almost never happens in Malaysia. My favourite apom manis spot in Penang, a place I make sure to visit every single trip, was only a 2-minute walk away. There's many more kopitiam, cafes like The Garden Cottage by Cara Caro, restaurants are just a walk away. That alone was a huge win for me. For what I paid, the value was just incredible. Honestly felt too good to be true given everything that came with the stay. I travel a lot and I never stay at the same place twice, but this one is the exception. It was genuinely that good. I will 100% be coming back here the next time I visit Penang. The host was super responsive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.

The only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect was the WiFi. It could get a bit slow and laggy at times. To be fair, when it was stable it was actually fast, but the inconsistency was noticeable, especially if you need a reliable connection.
