Codrington House - Boutique Apartments

The building is very new and quiet. We got into the apartment with clear instructions and zero hitches. The inside was so new and clean with thoughtful furniture placed in a homely way - grandparents and children immediately felt at ease. Loved that there's a washer/dryer with ample cabinets that had detergent and I could put the dirty laundry and clean folded laundry right after! Attached ensuites in every room, amazing!!! And Netflix already logged in!! When we expressed concern about the windows in the children's room, their staff came immediately to rectify with whatever tools she could gather. They take feedback v seriously and check in everyday to see if things are fine. Speechless. Even better than hotel. Oh there is a little mini mart just 5 steps away u can get your milk, bread, cereal etc. Plus a coffee bean we bought cakes for bday there. Plus a row of small famous eateries along the landed houses. Sooooo good! And cab to Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon from there is just 10-15 minutes.

Their lift is small and the doors shut quick so be careful with little kids. There is a door in the apartment that is clearly indicated NO ENTRY - it leads to a staircase. Abit odd coz it is inside the apartment - I think it is locked though but be mindful again of kids!

Location is super convenient and near a market with plenty of delectable local foods. Also near gurney drive malls and other attractions. Kitchen is well equipped and every room has ensuite toilets

Lack of proper wardrobes. There's a hanger to hang your clothes so it's okay for a short stay. Also the bedsheets are slightly scratchy. More bath towels could be provided

The apartment is very clean and spacious with good sunlight. Location is good. I like the apartment has washer and dryer too. I Don really can give any - ve comment about it.

If I really have to pin point something then it would be the bed. However, the rest of my family find no issue with it. I mean it will be more than 100 marks if it's a hotel bed. For the rest of the +ve experience I would love to stay there again.

Location. Many eating places within walking distance I.e. nasi kandar, nyonya, ramen, street food, hawker stalls. There’s a bilabila mart across the street if you need to get drinks.

Both Yumi and Kelly were excellent in making us welcome. They helped transfer our luggage and perishables from the 3 bed apartment to the single bed apartment.

First and foremost, excellent staff and service. Thanks Yumi and Kelly. Well appointed. Comfortable and clean. Convenient to eateries.
