Your Team and Car park Management only star work at 9am‼️ • We were forced to make payment to exit, yet the system failed to accept Touch ‘n Go (TNG) or credit card, making it impossible to pay and leave. • As a result, we had no choice but to carry all our ancestors’ prayer items out and arrange for a Grab ride at our own expense (RM21.00). • After that, we reported the issue again to you and went to the Car Park Management for clarification. • The response given was highly unsatisfactory: • “System has no record” • “We don’t have access to the system” • “We cannot check anything” • Yet we were still forced to pay in order to exit • This entire experience reflects poor management, lack of accountability, and unacceptable service, especially in a situation where customers were left stranded with no immediate support or solution.As you mentioned, this could likely be a system issue on your side, yet it is completely unfair that we are the ones bearing the consequences. • What effort has been made from your end to assist or resolve this situation? So far, none has been seen or communicated. • Instead, the responsibility is being entirely shifted onto us, claiming that we did not follow procedures. • This is extremely disappointing, as we have never encountered such issues with any other Airbnb before. • Because this is a basic and expected process, we had no reason to anticipate problems, and therefore did not take photos as proof that we had parked correctly at the designated area. • Now, we are simply being told that the “system has no record”, and the matter is dismissed without proper investigation. • This feels like a one-sided judgment, leaving us unfairly blamed, unsupported, and completely helpless in resolving an issue that was clearly beyond our control.
