Bunyi bising suara staf berbual. Dan ada bunyi bising macam pihak maintenance tebuk dinding je apa ntah, sgt dekat dgn bilik saya. Sepatutnya kerja² mcm tu x sesuai dibuat bila waktu ada guest. Walaupun waktu masih siang, bunyi bising tu mengganggu.

the property called to me to cancel because there's no water in the facility and promise to pay me back since i'm already paid by using credit card, but i haven't receive the payment at all

Near to the place I want to go.

Rooms were small n mattress n bed shakes went I turn position. Air con unit cannot change temp even with remote given.

Nothing.

I did not get to stay at this place. The staff told me that we are not able to check in..as they was water Shutdown.. the staff John, told us to find another hotel as Uptown hotel was closed and not accepting anymore guest. He told me to request for a refund and mentioned that the hotel will process the refund. I have sent for the request to get back my refund. And there is still no news yet from the hotel. Its more than 24hrs already.
