room was great.shuttle/mini bus provided from hotel to Skyworld Resort.

pot too small, wanted to boil our soup but the hot water from the small pot splashing all over the counter top.

There was a video instruction to guide on the room keys collection and lead to the designated room/ apartment. The beds are comfortable. The lights are bright enough. It is a corner unit and is spacious enough if compare to the other standard rooms. Kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, kettle and plates/ cups for 4.

The lift card was not functioning and have to leverage with the other guests to go to the designated floor. The door handle was broken upon checked-in. The windows of the master bedroom were leaking due to rain. The water flow is slow and the basin was leaking (master bedroom washroom). Cockroaches were found in kitchen. No free car park.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a significant departure from the Ion Delemon we visited seven years ago. The property resembles an Airbnb more than a traditional hotel, which was unexpected. The location was difficult to find, as Google Maps did not display it accurately, stopping a kilometer before the actual site. Upon arrival, there was no reception desk. Instead, we received instructions via WhatsApp to collect our keys from a locker. Access to the tower was initially blocked, requiring us to communicate with multiple guards to enter and retrieve our luggage. Inside the room, several issues were apparent: - No complimentary water bottles provided. - One window lacked curtains, compromising privacy. - The bidet was leaking continuously. - Shower amenities were empty. - There was no Wi-Fi available. - No contact phone was provided, and our attempts to reach the hotel through WhatsApp went unanswered. Additionally, there was confusion regarding the checkout time. The hotel initially stated it was 8 AM, but we had to confirm with Booking.com that it was actually 11 AM. Overall, the lack of essential services and poor communication made our stay uncomfortable. I would recommend considering other accommodations, as this hotel did not meet our expectations.
