Nothing that i like

1. The receptionist can't do the job. Ask for bath towel. Said don't have stock then give face towel. Make people waiting for 30 minutes just for extra key. 2. The room was filthy. They don't clean the room. The toilet cover with moss and the shower doesn't function.
