MYLocation was perfect, right in the heart of SS2, Durian Street, night market, food court all within 1 minute walk. Paradigm and One Utama just less than 4 minutes' drive away. Very convenient. Staff was good, asking us what was faulty during our stay during check out, they will try to improve them.
First, there is no lift, which caused us a little trouble as our room was on the 2nd floor and we had some luggages with us. A lot of things can be improved. I'm not even sure they can fix everything. Everything is so old, broken or faulty in both of our rooms. Door lock wasn't working. Couldn't lock properly, I can push the door open without tapping the door card. Couldn't open with door card, kept giving me red lights, need the master key from the staff to open. Mattress was broken; the spring inside was gone. I kept rolled to the middle due to the collapse of the mattress. Can you imagine you go for a holiday but woke up every day with painful body because of faulty mattress? Toilet seat was broken. The seat and the cover were not fitted on the toilet bowl; the whole thing can be removed by bare hand. In the other room I booked, the AC weren't working well, cannot set it to swing because of faulty AC flaps. The door latch was loose, when we lock it, the whole thing fell off.
