It’s a beachfront hotel. Nice big rooms Good shower, nice hot water. Very clean. Close to restaurants and the centre. The staff were amazing. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Fadil (not sure of spelling). He had a very professional attitude and very competent. We are travelling in Morocco for a month and asked him where a laundrette was and he told us to just bring our laundry down and it will be done. We were so grateful for that. He is always happy and smiling, can’t do enough for you. Our room was slightly noisy and the lovely young lady at reception immediately offered us another room, which was fantastic and not a problem to her. She was very pleasant to deal with! The house keeper was so lovely too and very efficient. Can’t thank her enough for doing our laundry. We really appreciated it so much. The hotel security/handyman was so nice too. These professional attitudes really make it a good, comfortable stay Very attentive staff, an absolute pleasure to deal with everyone there! Wish you all the best in your futures and thank you so much for everything, will never forget this. Also, wonderful breakfast! Highly recommend this gem.

Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour leur excellent accueil et leur professionnalisme. Le service était impeccable, avec une attention particulière pour le réceptionniste Fadil et Farah, ainsi que Mouna en cuisine.
