L'accueil du personnel hôtelier : très sympathique et prévenant. La situation géographique au cœur de la médina Chambre et sanitaires propres.

Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse en décembre (il faisait 7 à 9 °C) la température dans la chambre, malgré un chauffage possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect, close to the medina but still peaceful and quiet. We loved the breakfast each morning, especially the variety offered. The staff were truly exceptional. Thank you to Fatima, Ishmel, Aziz and everyone who made our stay so comfortable. We also had the homemade dinner, which was incredible. We all agreed it was the best meal of our entire trip. Highly recommended!

Nothing

As with many riads in the medina, (with us being first timers) their approach was increasingly worrying as the alleyways narrowed. But the front door opened onto a delightful courtyard, clean and bright. During our 4-night stay, Aziz (who speaks good English) was on duty nearly all the time and was most helpful and kind. The riad sent a taxi to pick us up from the airport (€20) and take us to the train station (€20) (€20tax for 4nights, and a delicious 3 course evening meal (€25 each), all to be paid for in cash euros. The breakfast was plentiful with each morning having slight variations. For a relatively expensive hotel, we were surprised they didn't supply drinking water other than two small bottles on arrival - we were to buy from a shop just around the corner. Hot shower, comfortable bed, nice bedding. Room needed more lighting. Very much enjoyed the evening food tour with Hussein (Maaffar tours) - knowledgeable and pleasant, good local information and food. If you don't make the food tour find the Dar Lamine Sebbrah well worth a meal.
