We stayed at Konouz Palace as a group of 40 people, booking 5 villas (8 guests per villa), as the property was advertised to accommodate this number. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not fully meet expectations and differed from the description on Booking.com. During our stay, we experienced maintenance issues across several villas. These included water leaking from ceilings, with water from bathrooms reaching bedrooms. We reported this at the time, but the issues were not resolved. In one villa, the bathroom had no running water, which made it unusable. We also experienced several power blackouts during our stay. There were electrical issues, with some plug sockets not working and wall switches that did not appear safe, particularly concerning given the water and power problems. In terms of amenities, there were only 20 towels provided for 40 guests, and although we requested more from the first day, they were only received on the last day. No toiletries such as hand wash, body wash, or shampoo were provided. Wi-Fi was not available in all villas, despite being advertised. Security and comfort could be improved. The back doors did not have keys, even after requesting them, which made it difficult to securely store belongings. Air conditioning did not work in several rooms, which affected comfort. The staff were friendly, but the service was inconsistent, and there appeared to be a lack of experience in managing maintenance issues and large group bookings. Overall, while the property has potential, it did not meet the expected standard for a large group stay, particularly in terms of maintenance, amenities, and comfort. Future guests, especially larger groups, may wish to clarify these points before booking.

House itself is stunning and lovely, it's in a gated community so is very safe and has security guards there all the time. The security guards who worked the night shift we amazing and very helpful. It was stunning and a clean community. I felt very safe staying there

Kitchen could do with more utensils, and the cleanliness could have been better, there was visible stains on the sofa and rugs and the floor hadn't been sweeped properly. One toilet downstairs had a leak so you had to turn off the water from the tap, we had to find that out ourselves. For the amount you pay I would have expected basic necessities such as shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms. When we stayed the house next door had some wedding or a party going on and I'm not joking when I say music was playing for 36 hours straight all through the night which ruined a night of sleep. The biggest issue was access to the community itself. You have to go through some backwards mud roads that are not really roads at all and they are very difficult to drive on, taxi drivers were being very funny about taking us back there and overcharging massively for driving on those roads, also be aware it's literally in the middle of nowhere. Food delivery apps don't deliver out there either

Estaba muy descuidado sucio con telarañas Nos tuvieron un día entero sin agua no nos pudimos ni duchar ni nada tuve que reclamar a una persona para que limpiara el chalet para colmo y el precio que pagué no dejan entrar a repartidores con pedido de comida ya que está muy retirado de la ciudadad y el acceso a ello está muy mal la carretera bueno ni asfaltada está y cuando nos íbamos me dejaron esperando y me reclamaron una toalla diciendo que me La había llevado cuando ni siquiera nos la dieron Muy muy mal trato no lo recomiendo Para nada ni la ubicación es nada buena muy lejos muy mal acceso ni la atención ni la calidad precio para lo que cobran eso es de baja calidad

If you value your sanity, heed this warning: this property is stranded in the absolute middle of nowhere—a barren wasteland where hope goes to die. Escape is impossible without a taxi, and if you dare to book one through reception, prepare to be extorted for hundreds of euros, only to be left waiting, abandoned, as your ride arrives late—if it arrives at all. The facilities? A nightmare. Filth everywhere, as if cleanliness is a foreign concept here. There isn’t a single restaurant in sight. Not one. Your only option for food is a tiny, overpriced shop inside the complex, where nothing is labeled and the eggs—yes, the eggs—are left out, unrefrigerated, like some twisted experiment. And as if that weren’t enough, when I asked for an invoice (multiple times!), I was met with nothing but empty promises and blank stares. It’s as if accountability simply doesn’t exist here. For the sake of your wallet, your health, and your peace of mind: STAY AWAY!
