Positive: nice room and good breakfast. Negative: doesn't completely match pictures and description published. In the toilet: broken flush and main's plug not working. When arrived, 15 minutes ringing at he door without answer.

Anass è una persona veramente speciale. Non solo ci ha accolti nel suo Riad con grande professionalità, ma ci ha fatto sentire proprio coma a casa. Ci ha supportato in tutti i giorni di permanenza fornendoci consigli e indicazioni preziose. Il Riad è molto bello ed in una posizione comodissima per visitare il cuore di Marrakech. Super consigliato.

From the moment we stepped into Riad Dar Dar, we felt transported to a world of beauty, calm, and true Moroccan hospitality. Situated in the heart of the city’s chaos, this riad is an oasis of peace and serenity - each morning, we woke to the gentle sounds of birdsong and trickling water from the pool, a stark yet beautiful contrast to the bustling Medina just outside. As two women travelling together, we felt completely safe, relaxed and well cared for throughout our stay. The attentive butler service was outstanding - each day, he checked in on our plans, ensured we got to and from our excursions safely, and made sure we had everything we needed. The flexibility of the breakfast service was a wonderful touch - we could choose what time and where we wanted to eat, and they happily catered to our requests. On the day of our early morning excursion, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast bag so we wouldn’t miss out. One of the standout moments was when we had a big problem with a shuttle bus service from an art gallery outside the city- our butler went above and beyond to organise a taxi to collect us so we could return safely. He also helped me arrange a surprise in our room - a framed printout of my friend’s dog, something I had organised in advance to make my friend smile. From the stunning traditional architecture to the amazing service, I could have happily moved in permanently! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in Marrakech with five-star service, warmth, and care, Riad Dar Dar is the place to stay.

The stay at the Riad was exceptional. The host, Anaas, was very helpful both before our departure and upon our arrival. The accommodation was well-equipped with all necessary amenities and was conveniently located near major landmarks. We walked to the main square every day, returning late in the evening, and felt safe in the area. Anaas also provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and brought breakfast to our floor. Overall, it was an excellent trip and stay, and we plan to return in the future.
