Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Professional and kind staff. We took a snorkeling tour - it was very worth it (Tulai Island package): amazing, turquoise waters, beautiful beaches and plenty of underwater life! Tasty breakfast. Fresh, drinking water and good Wi-Fi at the lobby. A spectacular view from the front sea room. Greetings from Poland especially for the manager and the gentleman in charge of the grill bar!

Horrible experience

ALERT! DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL I do not recommend this hotel at all; it's overpriced for the overall terrible service. Our experience was a complete disaster. We were here for 5 nights, so we can talk perfectly about everything. The rooms were old, dirty, and full of insects that crawled even on the beds (disgusting). The hotel beach was covered in sunflies that bit us all over. Breakfast and lunch are just not adequate, there's no butter at all just fried things, they not even serve fresh fruit juices just water and artificial sirops, the staff is insufficient and inefficient, they don't understand anything, the restaurant doesn't open at the hours indicated by the hotel and they do nothing but make excuses and delay the opening time, the food is very expensive and the quality is not good, the hotel is very noisy with the horrible humming of the cleaning machines during all the day and drunk guests everywhere shouting and bothering you, don't expect to rest or disconnect in this hotel, they also didn't collect our luggage from the ferry to the return trip, and to top off our horrible stay, they made us miss the ferry back to Mersing because despite notifying them before the departure time, their staff were neither available nor prepared to help us carry our bags. There's also nothing to do here or another restaurants close, so you are literally trapped. Also the excursion that the hotel sold us was another scam, we didn't see anything and it was very expensive. Don't waste your time and money on this hotel. We've been in Asia for two months and this hotel has been the most expensive and most shabby by far. I can't help but hope they close soon so they don't scam more people.

Il mare appena fuori dalla stanza già di per se basterebbe. Lo staff è gentile e pronto a farci vivere un soggiorno senza problemi. La stanza spaziosa e pulitissima. Vi prego se siete abituati al villaggio vacanze non prenotate in questa struttura per evitare di infastidire con i vostri lamenti il personale e gli altri ospiti.

L'offerta del ristorante è migliorabile

we arrived during the end of season. nearly monsoon but the weather is bright and shine with bonus not many people. the resort is preparing for monsoon arrival but we just love it. breakfast was great. love your eggs. staff are kinds. the manager is attentive and kind enough to upgrade our room. we just enjoy kg. genting. would love to come again.

nothing, wish to stay longer and not going back to city and work.

Je zde nádherný klid, čisto a je to tu pohodlné. Personál ochotný, milý a opravdu více než vstřícný. Jídlo výborný. Byli jsme tu moc spokojený a určitě by jsme doporučili.
