L’appartement est bien et l’emplacement très agréable. Bonne situation facile d’accès en 10 mn de bus depuis l’aéroport.

Problème d’évacuation d’eau de la douche qui refoule des canalisations dans la salle de bains. Environnement bruyant lorsqu’on dort fenêtre ouverte. Mauvaise odeur de canalisation à l’entrée de l’immeuble.

Je suis sortie acheter juste tout près le nécessaire. Et j’ai pu préparer mon petit déjeuner dans la kitchenette bien aménagée avec tout le nécessaire.

Le bruit en dessous la soirée / nuit … bar de nuit bruyant (c’était un vendredi soir)

Complimentary water in the fridge.

Hair and stains on the bed. Dust on some furniture. Large windows not soundproof at all so you will hear motorbikes and drunken people at the nearby bars shouting until 3am. I had planned a 9 night stay but I left after 1 night.

Apparemment très joliment décoré, spacieux, agréable à vivre. Très récemment refait à neuf. Situé au cœur du centre-ville piétonnier, à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants.

Le quartier est très vivant, et donc bruyant.
