I stayed here for 5 days on vacation. The apartment is very nice and cozy, everything is new and clean. The location is ideal—right in the center, surrounded by bars and restaurants—yet still relatively quiet, thanks to excellent windows that block out outside noise. There’s a small balcony with a table and two chairs, which is very cute and useful for relaxing. Check-in is self-service, but you need to look carefully because the sign is a bit hidden by a nearby venue. However, the owner helped us by guiding us via video call. All in all, I definitely recommend this place as it’s perfect for getting around Heraklion in just a few minutes (museum, port, fortress, bus station, restaurants—all very close by). If I had to make one suggestion, I’d recommend fixing the fridge, as it leaks water, the toilet seat, which is unstable and tips forward, and perhaps adding a chest of drawers to store clothes. Other than that, everything was great. P.S. The bed and pillows are super comfortable!

Modern in style, comfortable beds. Close to old town. And buses.

The apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived, due to miscommunication with the staff. We had to go out while it was being cleaned. Also, very little equipment in the kitchen. Eg, no bread knife, no vegetable knife, no tea towel. We used a hand towel to wipe the dishes. Also the electric jug is faulty and doesn’t turn off.

Small and cosy apartment centrally in Heraklion. Very comfy.

Having some coffee capsules for the coffee machine in the apartment would be very nice.
