Can’t fault this place! Affordable, modern, clean and comfortable with a very good air con system. Multiple balconies. 2 toilets were also great for our family of 5. The host is so responsive, kind and friendly. A real gem

Location, washing machine, comfortable beds

Powder room way too small. Bathroom too small. Drain in shower was blocked.

Perfect location, very clean and spacious apt.

Mirror is missing in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms.

Clean and plenty of room for a family of 5. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping.

The elevator malfunctioned and we had to carry our suitcases up one flight of stairs because the elevator didn’t come down to ground level. Finding a car park is difficult, but I think this is an issue everywhere in the city.

1 room had no air conditioning

While we could not fault the actual interior of the apartment (other than not being able to flush toilet paper due to drainage) I urge EXTREME caution using the staircase to the property which is located 4 flights up. We arrived very late (1.30am in the morning) due to travel and lost luggage delays beyond our control and staircase is very poorly lit and difficult to locate the correct room. Despite this we made it into the accommodation safely navigating as a group. As we were arriving so late I have communicated with provider regulaly regarding our delay I requested a late checkout to allow our group some sleep as we arrived at 1.30am in the morning however we were only granted a 30minute extension from checkout which I found quite disappointing considering we paid AUD$500 for the night and felt this could have been handled better by the provider - there was no personal touch😥.. Upon leaving at 10.30 am one member slipped down the very slippery and poorly lit concrete staircase and subsequently required X-rays at emergency which was very distressing for us all. PLEASE be very careful if walking up / down to accommodation stairs. There is a lift however We chose to put luggage in the lift and walk down stairs as elevator also quite small and old and not great if you do not like small spaces. Another point to please consider if you have a large vehicle for a family it is very difficult to drive close to accommodation to drop off luggage due to narrow streets as Parking advised was quite a distance from the accommodation . It took us over an hour after reaching Thessaloniki to find communicated parking / then walk the streets to get luggage to apartment as we couldn’t get our vehicle through the tight streets. Again - interior fantastic! But extreme caution with steps and understand parking limitations.

It states parking but this is a parking garage 8 mins walk away and on street is for residential but they’ll send you a link to work it out for yourself
