The check-in and check-out system is perfect, coupled with the great staff who were on time, courteous and fast...highly recommend Maplehome.

One hour after checking in at 3pm, there was a doorbell ring...as I was in the toilet I did not answer the door...however, someone opened the door and ipon hearing the TV on, the door was immediately closed. I then opened the door to check and was surprised and shocked to see the foreigner cleaners standing at the next room and apologising to me...the incident was unnecessary...please have better communication between guest check-in and cleaners.

The view from my room was completely blocked by a huge pole, which was very disappointing. When I asked if I could change rooms or upgrade to another available room, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. I checked the booking system myself and could see that other rooms were still available, yet she insisted there were no rooms available. What disappointed me most was her response: “You paid for the room, not for the view.” I found this remark unprofessional and disrespectful. Good customer service should involve listening to guests’ concerns and trying to assist them, rather than dismissing them in this manner. Overall, the poor service left a negative impression on my stay.
