It was a clean and quiet place.

We booked for one night stay through booking.com and paid before the arrival. The staff at the reception was not sure about the payment since they only had a printed paper about the booking, not the computer to check the latest information. The other staff came and told us it was supposed to be paid on-site even though we were sure that we paid beforehand. The attitude of this the other staff was arrogant and rude, he did not even try to check the latest information. After showing the App information in Italian, they accepted us while saying they will check next morning with their office before check out. We were uncomfortable with this situation so we called to Booking.com customer service and they confirmed that it was paid and will send the email to the hotel. We told that fact to the staff but he only said we will check tomorrow and either they will be sorry or we will pay on site. Next morning, we ate breakfast and waited the staff but he didn’t show up. Instead, the breakfast staff kindly told us that the payment was done and we can leave with no problem. It was disappointing experience with the attitude of the staff who did not admit his misunderstanding. Other points were okay.
