ITThe place is very nice, modern, comfortable and clean! The room was spacious and with good WiFi. I really suggest it. There was also the opportunity to park the car (for extra money). The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they were always reachable with WhatsApp and provided help for every need.
It’s around 15 minutes walk to the city center, not so far but at night it’s not great because it’s dark and isolated.
ITVery welcoming hosts. Beautiful spacious room, spotlessy clean and warm. Excellent breakfast. Great location 5 minutes walk from the centre of Monza and 10 minute train ride to Milan centre. Private parking available. Highly recommend. I will definitely choose Villa Tosati when I return to Monza/ Milan.
BGThe room was clean. There was welcoming sweets. Big room and bathroom. The B&B was newly open so everything was in good condition. We were allowed to stay a bit longer after the published check out time (at that time it was possible).
The room was a bit cold on our check-in. The air conditioning controller is a bit non-intuitive to work with. The private parking within the yard of the house should be for free in my opinion, given the overnight rate. Owner is a little bit sensitive about arriving past the published check-in time, although the system is of a self check-in type. I am leaving a good rating, however I spoke with the owner about being more hospitable with guests.
