Minissale Farmhouse

Feels like you are staying with family! - Tino and family make excellent home cooked meals and are very hospitable. The accommodation is modern, well appointed and very well located.

Access to the estate always requires you to ring the bell - once checked in would be nice to have a key card or remote

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners at Minissale are excellent hosts, very friendly and welcoming. We loved the breakfast on the terrace and the dinners of local produce, true Sicilian cuisine. The room was very comfortable and impeccably well kept, with a glimpse of the sea, a lovely view of Taormina and the Melanzane fields behind the farmhouse. They have a nice salt water pool in the garden and also a large beautiful quiet beach nearby. We were swimming in crystal clear water with a direct view of the summit of Monte Etna emitting plumes of smoke. In short, a perfect stay.

The farmhouse is nicely situated amongst areas of greenery and lovely views. Tino and his mother were very welcoming and lovely people to chat with. Tino suggested places to visit and provided us with locations too. Breakfast was nicely presented and served outdoors, along with homemade juice, cakes and jams. Rooms are very comfortable too. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and definately recommended.

There is a very high standard and a very comfortable bed. Place is practically new and has the latest facilities. Everywhere is very clean and tidy. Owner and his father are very nice and helpful and always giving us advise on where to visit new places. Breakfast has some homemade and local jams which are very good. Location is very close to Taormina

This is a lovely, family-run place. There's so much attention to detail, it was a joy to stay here. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, with Mt. Etna visible from the upper floors. I booked at the last minute and they went out of their way to feed me (ideally one should book 24 hours before), giving me a 4-course meal of delicious home-made food. The room was lovely and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were extremely helpful. I will definitely be back. Oh, and the breakfast cakes were absolutely amazing!

The one thing that bothered me was being unable to control the AC from the room, but I believe this issue will shortly be fixed.

Very nice and caring family, clean and comfortable room. Wonderful location on big land with own little agriculture which you can enjoy with the food provided.

Heart warming friendly familie, superclean and modern location. Perfect location to get some rest and quiet after a visit Taormina only (20minuten). Fresh homemade breakfast and limonade, we did not have diner there but asked other guests and they say food is amazing! The entree of this Beautiful location u will pass fruit gardens. Thank u for the great time!
