Easy check in process Friendly hosts I got free motorbike ride to Barangay Okoy to catch the day trip to Virgin Island Free laundry services and after that I could have a place to hang my clothes Spacious room and clean bathroom In fact it's really walkable from Santa fe port to the guesthouse (700m approx) And another 1km to Santa Fe poblacion areas to have breakfast or walk to the Kota Beach.

Easy 10/10 We booked 5nights, we wanted to extend our stay but they were fully booked because of the local event, we stayed on the island 10days and we are coming back next month. Let's be honest we booked this place because it was one of the cheapest in santa fe and we wanted access to the kitchen. Our review is based on the price, amazing value for money. 10min walk to the ferry, 10min walk to the town centre. I think this place is great, room was basic but it was huge, cold water but it is really hot outside so not a big issue, ac, communal fridge, communal (clean and equipped) kitchen, you can use bbq, free washing machine (!!!), tables outside so you can eat your breakfast there, tiny terrace for an evening beer, they only have three rooms so we were alone there. Really quiet neighbourhood, great bbq next door, owner advised about local prices (meat, fish ect) they recommended bike rental (super cheap, no paperwork, no deposit, no passport, no plates 😁)

Close to the main road but not in the “center”. In literally 8 minutes walk you can get to Kota Beach. You can keep stuff in the common fridge and even cook for yourself if you wish to. Plus Helena is a sweetheart and she is there always to help.

Mattress is not a real mattress but still ok for 2-3 nights. Not really about the property but chanticleers singing all day definitely ruins your sleep.

The staff was amazing. So helpful and friendly. The location is also good.Very close to the port. Also in 10 minutes walk you find all the bars and restaurants.

If they included hot shower the hotel would be even better.

Great Wi-Fi, the staff member was helpful, great use of the kitchen, comfortable bed.

The bathroom was very small, there were hundreds of tiny ants and there wasn’t really any hot water.

This property is owned by a genuinely nice family. Steven looked after the accommodation and really made our stay great. Our bed was very comfortable too. 10/10. Thanks again!

Good choice for the tourist on budget. The place is clean and comfortable with fully functional kitchen. Although It's not on the beach, one can walk right across the street in about 5-8 minutes. All major restaurants of town center is about 20 minutes walking. Stefan, the host, is very helpful, and his sister, even drove me to the port at the other side of town voluntarily! Recommend.
